New EI Bureau Chief Named

It was recently announced via the Early Intervention Stakeholder Update announcement that Benjamin Delgado is the new Bureau Chief for the Bureau of Early Intervention. The Bureau recognized and thanked Heather Hofferkamp for her work as the Interim Bureau Chief.
