Introducing ISHA's Assistant Task Force
Published in the April 2024 issue of the ISHA Voice.
ISHA's Assistant Task Force was developed to support SLP and AUD Assistants in the State of Illinois by advocating for legislation that will directly impact Assistants. The Assistant Task Force is actively meeting to discuss modifications pertaining to SB 3467. The group is also working to develop added resources and guidance for SLP and AUD Assistants in the state of Illinois. Additional updates regarding the SLPA legislation will be shared in the coming months—stay tuned for more!
