Early Intervention Providers Update Contact Information

The Bureau of Early Intervention received a notification from the Department of Healthcare and Family Services/IMPACT staff, notifying all IMPACT enrolled providers of required action needed to update their contact information immediately. All EI providers and EI payees to share this information and act upon this request as soon as possible. The deadline for updating provider contact information in IMPACT is Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
