Committee Updates: February 2024

Published in the February 2024 issue of the ISHA Voice.

• All ISHA Committees met face-to-face during the 2024 ISHA Convention. During these meetings, committees reviewed their goals and action items for the upcoming year. Members are encouraged and welcomed to join an ISHA committee to learn more about specific areas of the association and professions. 

• ISHA’s Legislative and Regulatory Committee has reviewed the legislation introduced during the spring legislative session.  The 2024 ISHA Legislative Agenda is now available to review along with the survey for members to express their opinions regarding various bills. 

• ISHA’s Honors Committee recognized members of the association during the Honors Breakfast at the 2024 ISHA Convention.  Members are encouraged to consider nominating a colleague for an ISHA award.  Nomination packets must be submitted by May 15, 2024.  Members can reach out to membership@ishail.org with any questions.
