Good Faith Estimate Templates for Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists
On January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act (P.L. 116-260) went into effect. This was enacted to protect patients from costly, unexpected medical costs. This applies to all health care providers, which are defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as "a physician or other health care provider who is acting within the scope of practice of that provider's license or certification under the applicable state law."
